Orders & Purchasing
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and are authorised to use the payment method provided.
All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute a contract until the order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing original tags are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
All Alligator Luggage products carry a minimum 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by airline handling, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Alligator Luggage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.
